  • Timelines can vary depending on several factors, especially weather and if you need pre‑construction services such as architecture, design, and permitting.

    Once you have a fully permitted plan set for your lot, construction typically takes about 9 months to a year for a custom home. More complex designs or challenging site conditions may extend that timeline, but we’ll provide a clear schedule up front and keep you updated every step of the way.
