From initial concept to final completion, you’ll work directly with ownership, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and a level of care that larger volume builders simply can’t offer.

  • We use a simple and transparent cost‑plus pricing model. You’ll receive an initial estimate with detailed specifications for your project, so you know exactly what to expect. Our fee is a straightforward percentage of the actual build costs, nothing hidden, nothing complicated. This approach ensures you always know where your money is going and have a clear understanding of your total investment throughout the process.

  • Timelines can vary depending on several factors, especially weather and if you need pre‑construction services such as architecture, design, and permitting.

    Once you have a fully permitted plan set for your lot, construction typically takes about 9 months to a year for a custom home. More complex designs or challenging site conditions may extend that timeline, but we’ll provide a clear schedule up front and keep you updated every step of the way.
