Our team can guide you through every step of the process, from architecture and design, to permitting, to the full home build. Whether you're starting with a lot, an idea, or no plans at all, we’re here to make the process clear, organized, and enjoyable.

  • As the owners and primary project managers, we will personally oversee every detail of your project to ensure unmatched attention to detail. From initial concept to final completion, you’ll work directly with ownership, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and a level of care that larger volume builders simply can’t offer.

  • We use a simple and transparent cost‑plus pricing model. You’ll receive an initial estimate with detailed specifications for your project, so you know exactly what to expect. Our fee is a straightforward percentage of the actual build costs, nothing hidden, nothing complicated. This approach ensures you always know where your money is going and have a clear understanding of your total investment throughout the process.

  • Timelines can vary depending on several factors, especially weather and if you need pre‑construction services such as architecture, design, and permitting.

    Once you have a fully permitted plan set for your lot, construction typically takes about 9 months to a year for a custom home. More complex designs or challenging site conditions may extend that timeline, but we’ll provide a clear schedule up front and keep you updated every step of the way.
